I knew I needed my serpentine belt replaced and I took it to one place for an estimate. They quoted me close to $900 and told me I needed two other parts replaced, including a tensioner belt. Brought my car to The Auto Doc and, not only did they quote me close to $250 cheaper, they told me I couldn’t have needed my tensioner belt replaced because I have a tensioner chain. They had the parts and repaired my car that day and I had it back by 3 PM. Excellent job, professional and helpful staff.

My check engine light came on this morning on the way to work and my office is around the corner from Auto Doc so Chris said to come by at 8:00 am and he could check the coding to see whats wrong. They found the problem and had my car fixed by lunch time. I am so thankful for Auto Doc in fixing my vehicle before the start of my Birthday Weekend! Thank you so much!

Houston weather is so unpredictable. Leaving for work on Tuesday, the weather was horrible. I couldn’t see two feet in front of me because of the mist in the air from the cars in front of me. About two miles from my work, my wipers just stopped working during the storm. I struggled to find someone near me that could take my car the same day. I spoke with Chris at The Auto Doc and he was so helpful and polite. He took care of me the same day, and my wipers are perfect. Turns out— going through high water caused me to need to replace my wiper transmission. Big thanks to the staff here. They are wonderful people. Will use them in the future :)
