Prompt, fair service and pricing. They had opportunity to over charge me for additional services, and unlike some auto shops they didn't. Reservations recommended -- they are a popular shop, and if you want a quick turnaround let them know you're coming in ahead of time.

The Auto Docs were extremely professional and level with me the concerns I had without ripping me off. I have a 2013 Fiat 500 Pop and my light was on instead of spending thousands of dollars at the dealer the Auto Docs were able to replace & fix the problems at a low cost! The next oil change and/or other services I'll be going to the Auto Doc.
