Had AAA towed a loaned car here as they were the closest AAA certified workshop. Chris called me early morning the following day about the car I dropped off and run diagnostics to see what is the problem. I was called again after an hour about what the issues may be and what it costs (labor and parts) to fix it before doing anything to the car. When I picked the car up the same day, he told me he ran courtesy diagnostics for the whole car and showed me what issues the car has and explained to me based on what needs imminent attention, vs the next 6 months or the next year or two. I told him to put the older/worn part that was replaced back in the trunk so I can fiddle with it at home (and pretend to be a mechanic trainee) and he did! :) Chris was very thorough and patient in his explanation on car maintenance which I really value nowadays. Now I know where I will be bringing my future cars for maintenance! Thanks Chris!

Auto Doc put in the blower for the air conditioner and worked on my back brakes. They let you know what you possibly need, but there is absolutely no pressure to do the service. Thanks Auto Doc!
