Auto Doc has been doing all service on my Honda since 2014. They are very professional and efficient and their rates are fair. They provide full transparency throughout the process to help you make decisions about which repairs are needed and which can be deferred.
Unfortunately Auto Doc ended up being in the middle of my "recently paid big bucks, car left me stranded in the middle of nowhere" escapade. They handled my questions fairly, diplomatically, truthfully and with tact. Sorry about the mess, Auto Doc.
What wonderful service! My car battery had died, but within about 20 minutes of calling the guys at the Auto Doc, my car was up and running and I was ready to go. They even came right over to my house to jump start my car. They really came to my rescue! Chris and Dave were very nice and very professional. Would definitely go back for any future car needs!
The AutoDoc is the type of shop that your grandparents told you about. They are honest, reliable and do great work. I was recommended to them by several Houston Art Car artists who have relied on AutoDoc for over 20 years to keep their cars rolling. AutoDoc worked wonders on my daughter's Mustang. The dealership had advised us that we needed much more work that would cost over $1,000. AutoDoc evaluated the repairs and we hadn't needed any of the items the dealership had quoted and only a minor repair at over 95% less than dealership was going to charge. Honesty you can count on!

Who knew that getting your oil changed could be so pleasant. I brought my car in to get my oil changed and then went next door to the Bungalow for a flavored coffee. While my oil was being changed I got to sit on the porch on a beautiful day and drink a really wonderful cup of coffee. Thank you so much for turning a necessary task into a pleasant experience!
