Honest car repair shop. They did exactly what was needed for my 90k maintenance and didn’t try to upsell anything, which I appreciate. I noticed right away how much better my car was driving after the service. One thing I’d like to mention: I understand the shop is probably busy, but when answering the phone, it would be helpful to slow down a bit. Speaking too quickly can make you feel like you’re imposing or bothering someone, which isn’t the best feeling as a customer. Taking just a few extra seconds to slow down won’t take much time, but it would make a big difference in the customer experience.
