I’ve been going here since moving to Texas about 3 years ago. I have an older car with lots of miles and Chris always takes great care of it. They are very quick here and most repairs are done in a day which I love. Great customer service and transparency in their work. A very trustworthy mechanic to visit if you need car repairs.

The Auto Doc is my preferred mechanic! Chris’ customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced in the industry. I really appreciate how communicative he is, he always presents me with the best and worse case scenarios when it comes down to the cost. The team works diligently to get your car in and out as soon as possible!

Thank you Chris for assisting us with my KYB front and rear suspension upgrade in my 2018 Altima (63k miles)! I confidently can say that I am definitely coming back and bringing my other cars for service at this neighborhood auto doc! Chris answered all my questions and delivered the car a timely manner and was transparent with the parts and labor pricing. I did a drop off service. I had no issues to locate auto shop. My car suspension feels awesome! No ridiculous pricing like big dealers was experience at the Auto Doc 🩺, just fair enough pricing.

I had an issue with a clog in my AC drain causing a leak in my car. I stopped by without an appointment and they got my car taken care of within 2 hours. Great service and great people!

Honest car repair shop. They did exactly what was needed for my 90k maintenance and didn’t try to upsell anything, which I appreciate. I noticed right away how much better my car was driving after the service. One thing I’d like to mention: I understand the shop is probably busy, but when answering the phone, it would be helpful to slow down a bit. Speaking too quickly can make you feel like you’re imposing or bothering someone, which isn’t the best feeling as a customer. Taking just a few extra seconds to slow down won’t take much time, but it would make a big difference in the customer experience.
