I like the guys at AutoDoc. I had an issue with my A/C and they called me with updates throughout the day, had my vehicle back to me the same day, explained the repair work needed in full detail and had reasonable prices for part replacement compared to what I found online. Labor charges were within reason and I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and had worked with honest folks. They even beat the coupon they had online for the service work. I'd take my car back there in a heartbeat.

AutoDoc can be fully relied upon to accurately diagnose and fix your vehicle and have the work completed in the time frame promised. Price is generally on par with the competition and better than dealerships (Honda, in my case).

I've had some bad experiences with previous vehicles elsewhere, but now that I've found The Auto Doc, it will be the only place to service my truck. Chris Conley usually helps me and he could write the textbook on customer service. He takes ownership of my needs and gets things done. Not only does he get them done, but he does them quickly, and correctly the first time. Then he thanks me for my business on top of that! I give The Auto Doc my highest recommendation.
