Because it was an oil change, I really don’t have proof of what exactly was done. I trust that the oil was properly drained and refilled with the correct synthetic oil. I assume that the oil filter was changed as well. I had asked for an updated check on the car regarding specific repairs that were suggested on a previous appointment. That was not done. I was told that they were too busy to do that, according to the gentleman I dealt with they were slammed with cars needing oil changes. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am, asked for it to be ready by 3pm, it was still on the risers at 3:05. The folks there were very polite and professional.

Chris helped me out pretty quickly. Service was great. Got the job done in a short period of time. Went in for a 60K service for my Audi a4. Will aim to return to them for future work as well. Definitely recommend!
