Houston Auto Repair

I have been to AutoDoc twice now and both times I've gone in they have been extremely friendly, the pricing is pretty good, and I haven't had to wait an excessively long time. However, even if I did have to wait, I would still prefer to come here over any other shop. You can go hang out at the coffee shop behind the Auto Shop and relax with a book (if you bring one like I did) and a coffee while you wait for your car vs. waiting in a smelly office area with gross chairs and horrible customer service. I will definitely continue to bring my car in, even though I just moved to Pearland, it's worth the drive.

A special thank you to the owner and kind mechanical staff at Auto Doc for making my experience at their shop a very pleasant one. I own a childcare facility and I needed to have an electronic child safety alarm installed in the vehicle that I transport children in (ASAP) and although they did not know if they could accommodate me or not they asked me to bring it in and they would take a look to see if they could and if not would refer me to another vendor. Fortunately for me they were able to install the system and accommodated me the next day by making sure that I understood how to activate and deactivate the system by walking me through the steps. I really do appreciate the extra mile. They also did an analysis and there are a few other items that need to be corrected...so they will see me again real soon and I will certainly tell other transportation providers about their service. A very nice and clean shop. The work done was swift and complete, and I am testing to make sure that all is well and the problem is resolved. So far so good.

I've taken my cars to AutoDoc for the past 2 years and I'm always satisfied with the customer service, quality of work, and the upfront honesty. I never feel pressured to have anything done and I greatly appreciate that.
