Big city life can get hectic and exhausting, but at The Auto Doc you can relax knowing Dave, Chris and the whole service team will have your back. Specifically, they have mechanical expertise with exceptional diagnostic skill and appreciate the customer's perspective. The location and after-hours drop-off area are convenient, and the cost is appropriate. Friendliness, integrity, honesty, timeliness, competency is unusually easy-going and genuine. They use handy social media tools without any pressure. And no matter how busy they are, I have been in and out in a surprisingly quick time on every visit.
