Houston Auto Repair

Houston weather is so unpredictable. Leaving for work on Tuesday, the weather was horrible. I couldn’t see two feet in front of me because of the mist in the air from the cars in front of me. About two miles from my work, my wipers just stopped working during the storm. I struggled to find someone near me that could take my car the same day. I spoke with Chris at The Auto Doc and he was so helpful and polite. He took care of me the same day, and my wipers are perfect. Turns out— going through high water caused me to need to replace my wiper transmission. Big thanks to the staff here. They are wonderful people. Will use them in the future :)

I had an unexpected flat tire (tire still had treads in good condition) and Auto Doc was the closest spot. I read some good reviews after just moving the the Montrose area. The shop guys instantly pointed me to Chris and he was able to help right away without any wait time. They were able to patch the tire quickly which I appreciated versus them upselling a new tire or potentially saying they couldn’t patch it to get extra sales. I was in and out on the road again in 20 mins! Chris said to come back for whatever reason if it didn’t hold up. Auto Doc is now my neighborhood spot
