As a female with an uncanny understanding of all things mechanical, I quickly tire of mechanics who talk down to me and take advantage of those with limited expertise. This was not the case at all with The Auto Doc. They were respectful and informative throughout a complex evaluation of my truck’s engine. Their cost was appropriate and when I consulted with my mechanic/friend, they took all the right steps to diagnose the issue without ordering unnecessary work. I now trust them so much, I am sending my daughter here!

The customer service at The Auto Doc is tops. I have had several repairs done here. The first time Chris called me personally to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I just recently had my car serviced again, and Dave went out of his way to put my car back on the lift and show me everything that was wrong with my car, explaining in detail what needed to be repaired. The price he quoted me for the control arm was about $500 less than it would have cost at a commercial repair shop. I will definitely go here for any future car repairs.

They misdiagnosed the leaking fluid. I called and said I was bringing my care back. But then I didn't. So they called me back and picked up my car and found the real reason it was leaking. They credited me with the parts for the misdiagnosis which didn't hurt that it was done anyway. I recommend this place for its honesty.
