Work completed, just not in the promised timeframe. My steering gear and ball joints needed to be replaced. I took it here because I had done business with them before. They quoted me a price that was ~$200 higher than another shop I had reached out to. I decided to do the work at Auto Doc because they said they could fix it that day and I had some important work meetings I had to attend the next day. 5pm rolls around and they call me to tell me the car is ready, great! When I get to the shop, not only is the car not ready (still needs to be aligned), but they tell me it will take an extra 3hrs of work to finish. Fine. Next day I come in at 7:30am, exactly when they open. 5hrs later, I get the car back. Minus three stars for not keeping your commitment when explicitly asked if you could finish the job in one day. I will not be giving you my business again.

great shop, great customer service!

Terrible. They wasted four hours of our time when they should have been completing an alignment job. We dropped the car off and as we were leaving saw a guy throw a tire and wheel in the back seat and drive away. We came back an hour later. The car wasn't there. Came back another hour later, the car was still not there. We asked where it was and they said oh he must be test driving it. We waited and waited and the car finally was returned. We paid for the alignment which we later found out was never done. There was tire that was shot that should have been replaced as well. They didn't do anything. And used our car for other work and driving around. We will be demanding our money back. Extremely disappointed and feel mistreated. Never coming back...even if they stay in business.

Awesome service here. I've brought 2 vehicles to them, and they got the job done immediately on both. They did a great job, did the work quickly and charged a good price. It's honestly the best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. I wish all businesses worked like this one. Great work, great communication, great price and trustworthy people.
