AD is not cheap but they seem to know what they are doing and they do what they say. I have had good luck with AD and I'm confident bringing my car in for service to these guys.

Ripped off!

I know that this has been over 4 years ago but I now always respond to reviews, good or bad. If you look at our reviews, we are not rip offs! You were charged for a diagnosis and approved the repairs on your Honda Accord, period. If you thought it was too much, you should have called the dealer to find out that we were below their prices with a 2 year parts and labor nationwide warranty. Hopefully, you have found a cheaper shop in a worse neighborhood. Owner-Dave

Windshield wipers on my 2007 Mini stopped working. Auto Doc misdiagnosed the problem as the wiper motor and proposed to charge $500 (marked up, of course) for a brand new factory part on a nine year-old car when Auto Zone sells a $70 version. Turned out it wasn't the motor; the main computer component had water damage. After a bit of a hassle, they refunded my diagnostic fee. However, I would encourage you to get a second opinion before you invest in major repairs, especially if you have a foreign car.

Richie, As soon as you alerted us that you were not happy with our diagnosis, I personally called you to apologize and to offer you a full refund without any questions asked. I`m curious to know what the hassle was.You did neglect to tell us your car had been in the flood and also failed to mention in your review that your insurance company totaled your car because of the intermittent electrical problems your car was having. We tested the motor by disconnecting it from the rest of the vehicle to isolate the individual component. It failed the test. Also, we never use cheap parts during our repair process because they never last. The price was what the dealer quoted us plus our labor. This refund was taken care of months ago so I`m surprised that it took so long to write this review. Also, I would like to point out that most of the vehicles we work on are foreign cars, Mini included. We always strive to go above and beyond to achieve complete customer satisfaction. We guarantee our work for 2 years or 24,000 miles. I appreciate your review and would be happy to help with any of your needs in the future. Dave/ Owner
