You guys get me in and out quickly. I came in for an oil change on my lunch break without an appointment. You saw me right away, broke down my options and cost, even cleaned out my car! Plus, because of the coffee shop right next door I don't have to wait in a dirty, poorly lit waiting room with bad coffee, day-time TV, and the unmistakable smell of use car oil. I can get my car taken care of without any major interruption in my day!

I've used the Auto Doc for several service visits for my Honda Accord. Each time the service has been excellent and my car is in excellent condition. They are honest and dependable.

I came in for an oil change and to check on my AC. They got the job done, found that I needed to change my air filter and flush and bleed the brake system. I told them to proceed and they finished in time for me to get to the gym. Convenient, trustworthy and efficient.

I have a 2005 Lexus GX470. I bring it to AutoDoc for just about all my service. They do a very good job in a timely manner and their service is a lot less than the Lexus dealership.

I was superbly impressed with Chris's professionalism and friendliness - being a woman and trying to get auto help has been a pain in the ass in Houston, quite frankly. He heard my concerns, explained costs, and gave me advice for keeping my car on his last legs, as I prepare to sell. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I do believe service was a wee bit expensive, but I much prefer to pay that to someone who respects me as a customer, regardless of gender/car knowledge, than to the mechanics who have been jerking me around. I'm here to stay, and will be returning for pre-purchase inspection services when I buy a new car soon (though again, Auto doc prices are on the high pole of the usual price range for PPIs; better be worth it!).
