Jorge said the previous 6 times he has been to the business, he has received outstanding service. During this visit, they told him his vehicle would be ready on Thursday, but it was not ready until Monday. They kept him informed and it was a holiday week.

Jocelyn said she has no problem with this business. The staff is really nice and she would go back to them.

I have always been treated well at the auto doc. They shoot straight and always tell me what is best for my car. This time they did an oil change plus cooling system flush and got it done 2 hrs prior to the time estimated. Thus, I didn't miss the world cup game between the U.S. and germany.
