I've been dealing with Auto DOC for about six months. They' not only done great mechanical work but I call them when I need advice. I had a fender bender and didn't know who to call. So I called Auto DOC for advice on where to tow my car. They recommended a body shop that turned out to be a great place. So they've helped me deal with my old car, then readying it for trade in and also great advice. So I feel they've gone over and above straight mechanic service.Also like getting a phone call afterwards to rate their service.

After moving to the area, from another state, I was in search of a mechanic (that wasn't a dealership), since I'm used to dealing with local shops. After searching, and seeing initial reviews for this shop, I have since had my car serviced at AutoDoc several times. Every time I've been in there, they're professional, kind, courteous and make sure I understand every issue that is wrong with my car. And it's not just making sure I understand, but showing me in a way that reminds me of how my father would show me what was wrong with former vehicles. As well, if they performed a service, in which they could not fix my car for any means, they told me up front and I didn't have to pay (No service, no pay? Wow) This establishment will continue to have my business, and Chris and Dave are upstanding and respectable individuals!!

The service received was prompt (without an appointment), friendly and courteous. Auto Doc was able to accommodate my time constraints. I'll bring my business here again.

The nice folks at Auto Doc consistently provide helpful and honest service. We take every vehicle that isn't still under its new car warranty there, and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
