I am was driving in from a long trip and picked up a piece of metal that pierced my vehicle, it was stuck and making a horrific noise as I drove. Being new to Houston area I had received a recommendation for The AutoDoc from my roommate and placed a call for an appointment. Dave was really understanding and said to come on over! The team at AutoDoc are friendly, efficient, kind, knowledgeable and honest. I was on my way in 20 minutes and relieved to know there was no permanent damage to my van. This is the only auto shop that I will give my business to from here on out and I will recommend Dave and his team to everyone! Thank you so much Dave and Denise!!

Had them do the rear brakes and front sway bar and bushings on my 2006 Durango. Quoted me considerably less than a competitor and used top quality Centric brake rotors and pads. Would rate it as a very good experience.

Needed a new battery for my vehicle, was helped out by Chris who offers up great service. With my schedule being very tight I was concerned about missing any commitments that I had. Chris and the team at the Auto Doc were able to get me in and out in about half an hour. Great service

Chris at the front desk made everything very straightforward. Only wanted to get an oil change, but notified me of all things my car needed to be done without being pushy about it. Very professional. My husband and I lived down the street from the AutoDoc for 7 years and took our Mercedes and other vehicles there. We now live 30 mins away outside of the city and CONTINUE to bring our cars to AutoDoc just because we trust them, they are up front, have good prices, do great work, and make us feel comfortable with our cars!
