I came in for an oil change and to check on my AC. They got the job done, found that I needed to change my air filter and flush and bleed the brake system. I told them to proceed and they finished in time for me to get to the gym. Convenient, trustworthy and efficient.

I have a 2005 Lexus GX470. I bring it to AutoDoc for just about all my service. They do a very good job in a timely manner and their service is a lot less than the Lexus dealership.

I was superbly impressed with Chris's professionalism and friendliness - being a woman and trying to get auto help has been a pain in the ass in Houston, quite frankly. He heard my concerns, explained costs, and gave me advice for keeping my car on his last legs, as I prepare to sell. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I do believe service was a wee bit expensive, but I much prefer to pay that to someone who respects me as a customer, regardless of gender/car knowledge, than to the mechanics who have been jerking me around. I'm here to stay, and will be returning for pre-purchase inspection services when I buy a new car soon (though again, Auto doc prices are on the high pole of the usual price range for PPIs; better be worth it!).
