Great service. We had a delay because a supplier delivered the wrong size tire to them. They let us know and kept us advised on status. Really, this is a no BS shop. They tell you what you need, what can wait, and let you decide. I'm a happy customer.

David and the whole crew at Auto Doc are really the best! From the first time you speak to them on the phone to the return of your vehicle, they are all true professionals. They explain each step and process in simple terms. They also let you know what is needed immediately and what can be postponed for a future visit without compromising your safety. I went in for an oil change and found that a brake light needed replacing and a fluid service that was discussed on the prior visit. They called me to discuss the diagnosis and cost before preforming it and even got me a discount when I checked out. Because I have only one vehicle, they preformed all service the same day and provided me with a drive home and pick up which is a very personal and appreciated touch! First time to get service at auto doc. Very convenient to my house. Staff is very friendly. I worked with the owner David. Came in for an oil change and left with several additional recommended maintenance items. Total was $387. Not surprised as this is a 2009 with 51,000 miles. Brought the car in after lunch and it was ready when promised. Good communication. All in all a very good first impression and I'll go back. As a sidenote, I used to live in the suburbs where even an oil change included a first rate car wash. Good ole days.
